Although Mom is making physical progress on many fronts, she is deeply discouraged. The doctors consistently tell her that she is doing well given what she's been through, But, as you can imagine; the pain, discomfort, and emotional strain are telling her something different.
She is verbalizing well as of this morning. Even taking a little bit of oral nutrition in the form of apple sauce and chocolate shake.

Many of you have said you're praying daily. Thank you! Today and in the coming days you can pray for emotional strength and encouragement for Mom. Also for those of us who are spending many hours caring for and encouraging Mom at the hospital.
